C'est quoi cette sorte de boite que l'on voit aussi sur l'image précédente ? un calibre ?

C'est un mortier dans son affut, un assemblage de 4 planches qui forment une sorte de caisse dans laquelle deux orifice sont prévu pour recevoir les tourillons du dit mortier.on en retrouve pas mal au XVI et XVIIème quasi similaire
